Review: Sexy Look Duo Lifting Mask

This brand Sexy Look was introduced by one my reader months ago. She suggested that since I love facial mask, why not have a try on this? (My readers does understand me well, don't you? *wink*) And yes, Sexy Look Duo Lifting Mask turns out to be the Number One Best Selling 3D Mask in Taiwan!!

What's more that this mask is featured quite a time in the Taiwanese Beauty Show 女人我最大!! The special rave about this mask is the ear hooks to lift & firm skin from neck, cheeks, eyes, and even mouth areas.

Sexy Look Intensive Firming Duo Lifting mask

Sexy Look Intensive Firming Duo Lifting Mask with Red wine polyphenols + Platinum fits your face shape perfectly. It helps to firm and lift your skin. Even the first time use is effective. It contains phenols, vitamin C, and many healthy nutrients and antioxidant to enhance the skin's elasticity and firmness with flexibility. This 3D Lifting Mask with ear hooks fights against gravity and lift up the skin at your neck, mouth cheek and eyes areas.  

Packaging: 

The packaging look very normal, not very cute or special unlike other mask brand. But I do love the red color packaging.

Ingredients:

Texture/ Scent:
This mask definitely smells good. A light scented red wine that calm your mood at night. :) 

But texture wise, the tissue cloth seems very hard and not smooth. First 5 minutes of masking, I feel itchy and uncomfortable because of the texture. If you notice the picture above, the area near my nose and mouth is very dry. The essence of the mask is quite inconsistent I should say.

My review:

When I first removed them and try putting it on my skin, the essence practically dripping off. I was like: "Oh no!!" I love my mask that soaked with lotsa essence but not dripping- because it can be very messy. The ear hook and chin coverage is pretty awesome!! Initially, you have to stretch your mask towards your ears and another which I believe it provided the lifting effect. I do well, my skin is lifted and stretched during the process.

Overall, beside some lifting effect and hydrating, I don't see any significant effect on my skin. And the drawback of this mask is the texture which is not smooth. It may look dripping at first, but after 20 minutes the mask dries up and left no essence for you to smooth it on your other body part. :(( 

Sexy Look Extra Brightening Duo Lifting mask

Sexy Look Extra Brightening Duo Lifting mask contains Gem + Tranexamic Acid Peptide helps brightens up your skin instantly beside the extra feature ear hooks fighting against gravity and lift the skin at your neck, mouth cheek and eyes areas. Malachite can be the perfect link with the five peptides, while the use of platinum nanoparticles for the conduction technology to reduce fine lines, wrinkles and volume, while the adsorption of platinum particles of special functions and transfer functions, can rapidly absorbed into the skin.

Packaging:

Almost the same as the intensive firming mask, this packaging goes the same color as the box- purple!!

Comparing this to the Intensive Firming mask, this mask seems scentless. I couldn't smell anything even after masking for 30 minutes.

But this texture of the mask cloth is much more smoother. At least this doesn't dries up fast and not itchy. I personally prefer this better. :p

My review:

I was expecting too much as the intensive firming mask. But this mask actually goes very different. The essence doesn't dries up much which there is some leftover drip on mask that you can smooth it to your neck, hands and legs after masking.

What makes the best of this, the brightening effect is significant!! Look at the before and after pic!! The redness and dull skin had been revived - looking fresh and bright. :))

Overall, I prefer this mask better than the intensive firming. Although I do not feel that the lifting effect is prominent, but definitely make my skin extra bright!! Both of these Sexy Look mask is good but I believe each flavor comes with different function and may work differently on each individual skin. :)) I'm not sure will i re-purchase it but I would love to try other flavor available too.
